Payment Methods

We accept online payment in EUR or USD by MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express via PayPal. We can accept payment via Liberty Reserve from such countries that do not allow PayPal. Please be sure to provide your correct billing address (the address your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.

Product Support

We will provide technical support for all of our products through our support site and via e-mail. All purchases come with one year of technical support. At this time we do not offer telephone support.

Refund Policy

Ea-Coder.com Software has a NO REFUND sales policy. All sales of software and/or licenses are FINAL.

If for some reason software will not work on your computer we will definitely look into this as soon as possible and fix any issues related. We stand behind our software and guarantee that it works. For this reason, we offer no refunds as a matter of policy; however, at our option and discretion, exceptions can be made under special circumstances.

Upgrade Policy

All upgrades for each product/license are free until the next major release of the product. Major releases are denoted by new version numbers (i.e. 2.0, 3.0, and so on). It is not necessary that you install each update available. Please read the details of the update to decide if you should install the update or not. The time period between major releases for us in the past has typically been between 1 and 1.5 years but the time period may vary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ea-Coder.com Software, or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business time, business profits, business information, or any other kind of loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use the Software, or the failure to provide support services, even if Ea-Coder.com Software, or one of its supplies has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Ea-Coder.com Software’s entire liability shall not exceed the price paid for the software. Ea-Coder.com will not be liable for any claims of loss, financial or otherwise, resulting from the use of software.
